The Face Behind the Brand
My name is Mercy Olaigbe, I am 34 years old I live in Manchester but originally from Nigeria. I am a self-taught cake decorator/ cake tutor. I have been decorating cakes for almost 5 years. I am a mum of 2 gorgeous boys. Balancing the joy of motherhood with my love for creating edible art has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my journey.
As a tutor, I’m driven by a desire to share my knowledge and empower others to bring their cake dreams to life. Being a mum has taught me patience, creativity, and resilience—qualities that flow into my cake artistry and teaching style. I believe in fostering a supportive learning environment where my students not only master techniques but also build confidence in their abilities.
